Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data that SmartCRM24 processes. The data controller is SI Abdugafarov Muhammadjon Anvarjonovich. For general information on how we handle data, see the Privacy Policy.

1. What data can be deleted

  • Conversations and messages from connected channels: Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, and the website widget.
  • Contact details and records created from your inquiries.
  • Identifiers and tokens of connected social-network accounts.
  • Your interaction history with the AI agent.

2. How to request deletion

  • Message us on Telegram with a data-deletion request.
  • Tell us how the data relates to you (phone, Instagram / Facebook / WhatsApp account, name) so we can locate and verify the request.
  • We process the request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

3. What happens after deletion

  • Data is removed from active systems; from backups as part of their routine rotation.
  • Documents we are legally required to retain (contractual and accounting — 5 years) are deleted once the statutory period expires.

4. Data from Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp

If you interacted with us via Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp, you can also revoke the app’s access in your Meta account settings. To delete the data we store, use the procedure in section 2.
